A river-facing ballroom with its own private entrance and pre-function foyer, our largest space for weddings, galas, and full corporate conferences.
The Garden Courtyard
Seats up to 120 guests
An outdoor courtyard framed by magnolia trees, popular for ceremonies and cocktail hours ahead of a ballroom reception.
Cotton Row Private Dining Room
Seats up to 24 guests
A private room off Cotton Row Chophouse, built for rehearsal dinners and small executive gatherings.
Meeting Room A & B
Seats up to 40 guests each
Two adjoining meeting rooms that combine into a single 80-guest space, equipped with A/V and conference call setups.
Boardroom
Seats up to 14 guests
A smaller executive boardroom for leadership meetings and site visits, with its own dedicated catering menu.
The Wheelhouse Lounge (Private Buyout)
Seats up to 90 guests
A full buyout of the riverside lounge for a private cocktail reception, available select nights outside the regular live-music calendar.
Working With Our Events Team
Every event booking is paired with a dedicated events manager who coordinates catering, room blocks for out-of-town guests, and setup with each dining room directly. We recommend reaching out at least three months ahead for weddings and large corporate events, and about a month ahead for smaller private dinners.
